Hydrate   

Drink lots of fluids and eat foods rich in Omega 3 & 6 to combat the effects of dry air, the cold, and heaters.                                                

Cleanse Gently

While we love squeaky clean skin, during the colder months, it can be detrimental to your skin if you are removing it's natural oils.
